Wigginton Primary School

The Pavers Foundation has donated £500 to Wigginton Primary School.  The Foundation donated the money on behalf of Sally Cox, a Pavers colleague who applied for a grant through the employee-led, charitable giving scheme.

The donation is going towards the final touches of the school’s refurbished library. The school wanted to update the library and create a safe and comfortable space to allow the children to foster a love of reading and learning.  Rob Peacock, Assistant Head Teacher at Wigginton Primary School, thanked the Pavers Foundation for the donation adding ‘every child in this school visits the library and it will be fantastic to have new beanbags to sit on and new books to read and enjoy together. The support from the Pavers Foundation is so appreciated’.

Both of Sally’s children currently attend the school and she said the support from the Pavers Foundation has made ‘a real difference in helping the school to get the new library space up and running’.
