The Pavers Foundation have recently gifted a donation of £1,500 to Sense, a disability charity offering personalised, creative and flexible support for those in need.

The successful applicant, Bethan Stead, a colleague of the Pavers store in Cross Hands, South Wales, was inspired to help after witnessing a local Sense service users and other volunteers participate in a charitable 10 kilometre running event.

Sense offers a number of services to help those who need additional support and through the Sense Hub users can join session on creating and exhibiting art, musical and theatrical performances, cookery and computer skills among other activities.

Owain Rees, from Sense said "We are delighted to receive this generous donation from The Pavers Foundation. Our local Sense hub in Caerphilly is currently supporting 50 young adults with complex disabilities on a weekly basis. The £1,500 will go a long way in supporting families across Wales.’’
